The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for various event types, including weddings, corporate functions, parties, and more, ensuring ample space for seating, dining, and activities. Please contact us for specific layout options and configurations! 

 Venue packages include many essential event items such as tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, bar, event furniture, patio furniture, an on-site attendant, and setup of included package items.

 Yes. The Atrium On Eighty offers a scenic pond-side ceremony site, giving couples a beautiful outdoor space for exchanging vows. 

 Yes. The Atrium On Eighty works with clients before the event to create a layout and set up included package items so the space is ready when you arrive. 

 Breakdown of included package items is handled by the venue team. Clients and vendors are responsible for removing personal décor, food, and any outside rental items according to venue policies. 

For us to reserve the date for your event, we ask that you sign a contract and pay a deposit of no less than 50% of the reservation fee. Please note your remaining payment is due 30 days prior to your event. If the full payment is not received by this date, your event may be subject to cancellation without refund. A rental reservation is considered booked when the contract is signed by both The Atrium and the client(s), and the retainer is received. Should you need to cancel your event, please understand that we have held your reservation in good faith; we would ask that you contact us to let us know that your event has been canceled or postponed. You may reschedule your event to an available later date but it must be within one year of the original event date. Please understand that your deposit will not be refunded. 

Yes, parking is available for guests, including vendor and handicap parking, and there are no associated fees. 

 Yes. Clients may choose their own vendors, and preferred vendors may also be available for those who need recommendations. 

We provide an onsite attendant to assist with any venue related issues that may arise during your event. However, if you require actual event coordination services or an assistant, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. We have Month & Day of Coordinators, Bartenders, and Officiants on staff. 

To schedule a tour of the venue, please give us a call. Tours of The Atrium On Eighty will begin in December 2024. 

While you can choose your own vendors, we do have a list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our venue. 

Yes, we have specific noise regulations to comply with local ordinances; these can be discussed during your booking and are including in your contract.  

 Yes, we can arrange a rehearsal or walkthrough prior to your event date, subject to availability. 

 To reserve your event date, a signed contract and retainer are required. 

 You can schedule a private tour to view the venue, ceremony site, reception space, package inclusions, and available layout options.
