The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests for various event types, including weddings, corporate functions, parties, and more, ensuring ample space for seating, dining, and activities. Please contact us for specific layout options and configurations!
In addition to our beautiful outdoor space for ceremonies or receptions, we provide mood lighting and elegant draping to create the perfect ambiance for your event. We also offer barware, photo booth services, decoration assistance, and coordination of entertainment to ensure a seamless and memorable experience tailored to your specific needs.
Catering is not available on-site; however, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages or arrange for a caterer to prepare food off-site, which can then be held on-site for your event.

For us to reserve the date for your event, we ask that you sign a contract and pay a deposit of no less than 50% of the reservation fee. Please note your remaining payment is due 30 days prior to your event. If the full payment is not received by this date, your event may be subject to cancellation without refund. A rental reservation is considered booked when the contract is signed by both The Atrium and the client(s), and the retainer is received. Should you need to cancel your event, please understand that we have held your reservation in good faith; we would ask that you contact us to let us know that your event has been canceled. Please understand that your deposit will not be refunded.
Yes, parking is available for guests, including vendor and handicap parking, and there are no associated fees.
Daily rental of the venue includes the use of the facility from 9 AM to 11PM (10:30 AM Sunday). Hourly rates may be available upon request. 11pm-Midnight are reserved for cleanup. If you would like to have our staff cleanup after your event, there will be an additional fee. The use of nails, staples, or tape of any kind is strictly prohibited on walls or windows. The use of rice, birdseed, or confetti are NOT permitted inside or outside the venue. Sparklers are only allowed OUTSIDE the venue upon exit of the Bride & Groom.
We provide an onsite attendant to assist with any issues that may arise during your event. However, if you require actual event coordination services or an assistant, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. We have Day of Coordinators, bartenders, and Officiants on staff.
To schedule a tour of the venue, please give us a call. Tours of The Atrium On Eighty will begin in December 2024.
While you can choose your own vendors, we do have a list of preferred vendors who are familiar with our venue.
Yes, we have specific noise regulations to comply with local ordinances; these can be discussed during your booking and are including in your contract.
Yes, we can arrange a rehearsal or walkthrough prior to your event date, subject to availability.
